Aaron Hernandez Injury: Updates on Patriots TE’s Ankle

Two weeks of rest and practice haven't been enough for Aaron Hernandez to make his return to the New England Patriots lineup. The versatile tight end is not expected to play against the Buffalo Bills this weekend, and his ankle appears to once again be the culprit.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports:
Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez is not expected to play Sunday vs. Buffalo due to lingering ankle injury. Pats activated TE Visanthe Shiancoe.

However, it appears the medical staff is not comfortable enough with his ankle to risk any further injury. Hernandez has played in just four games this season so far.
