Adrian Clayborn Injury: Updates on Falcons DE’s Recovery from Knee Surgery

The Atlanta Falcons will be without pass-rusher Adrian Clayborn for three to five weeks after he had surgery to repair a partially torn meniscus suffered in Week 12 against the Arizona Cardinals, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. 
An exact return date has yet to be announced.

Clayborn Loss a Significant Blow to Falcons D The Falcons had a rough weekend, particularly on defense, despite their win over the Cardinals. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, star cornerback Desmond Trufant has to undergo season-ending surgery on the torn pectoral he injured in Week 9. 
Losing Clayborn is a substantial blow for the Falcons, who lead the NFC South by one game over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. His 4.5 sacks this season rank second on the team and represent his best single-season total since 2013.
