AFC East: Baltimore Slips By the New York Jokes

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. - The New York Jets mission statement entering this season was very simply put: "Super Bowl or bust."
Well, the Jets' self-anticipated path to the Super Bowl started off on the wrong foot against the Baltimore Ravens Monday night. 
The New York Jets, or "Jokes", played like pretenders during tonight's loss 10-9 at the New Meadowlands Stadium. 
Both teams played great defense all night, but Baltimore's offense proved to be more productive and clutch. Baltimore faced 3rd and long multiple times Monday night, and converged a good amount of those conversions. 
New York on the other hand only recorded six first downs. Yes, that's right, only six. 
Starting with the quarterback, which Rex Ryan stated he just needed to be a "point guard" out there, played terrible. 
Sanchez completed 10 of his 21 passes while only gaining 74 yards.
