Andy Reid: Is He Still The Big Man For The Philadelphia Eagles?

In light of the recent news of the Eagles announcing that Mike Vick is now deemed as the starting quarterback for the franchise, I had to stop and think for a moment.
This does not seem like Andy Reid.  As a matter of fact, in the past year or so, he hadn’t seemed like himself when it came to football operations.
Maybe after 10 seasons the stress is finally getting to him... Nah, that can’t be it.
However, why would a man that put so much faith in his QB (and his decision making) year after year sit down and tell the world that Kevin Kolb is healthy and will be the starter against the Jaguars this week, only to turn around two days later and say that he changed his mind?
Could he have really changed his mind that quickly?
Of Course!
Could someone have told him that starting Kolb was not a good idea?
Maybe.
Was Andy Reid told to keep Michael Vick in the game as the Starter?
Now, there is a possibility
