Foster Removed from PUP List Sunday, July 31 The Sun-Sentinel's Chris Perkins reported that the Dolphins activated Foster from the physically unable to perform list on Sunday.
Foster Gives Dolphins Needed Experience at RB Miami signed the longtime Houston Texans starting running back to compete with the likes of Jay Ajayi and rookie Kenyan Drake for carries in 2016.
The 29-year-old former University of Tennessee standout has been plagued by injuries in recent years, missing a total of 23 games over the past three seasons.
He appeared in just four contests for the Texans last season before a torn Achilles kept him out for the remainder of the campaign.
Foster was largely ineffective before being lost for the year, as he was averaging a career-low 2.6 yards per carry.
