Bengals and Jermaine Gresham Agree To Deal

Last year, the Bengals first round pick Andre Smith didn't sign with the team until late into training camp. After Smith signed, he hurt his foot and was out for most of the season.
 
Jermaine Gresham has already proven he's ready to get to work and make his team even better—and today, the tight end from Oklahoma signed a deal with the Bengals.
 
The deal is worth $15.85 million ($18.5 million max) with $9.6 million guaranteed. This will put Gresham in Bengals training camp on Tuesday.
Let us hope that Gresham has a productive season like his junior year with the Sooners, where he had 66 catches for 950 yards and 14 touchdowns. That same year, Oklahoma made it to the National Championship and lost to Florida.
Gresham adds to this passing attack that has made some key additions this off-season. The truth is when this is over, Gresham may make more of a difference than Terrell Owens because the tight end spot has always been wide ...
