Brandon Jacobs Injury: 49ers RB Carted Off Field With Leg Injury

San Francisco 49ers running back Brandon Jacobs suffered a leg injury during Saturday's preseason game against the Houston Texans.
Update: Saturday, August 18th at 11:25 p.m. ET
Jim Harbaugh delivered a cryptic message regarding Jacobs' status. The 49ers' official Twitter page provided this quote from the head coach regarding his fallen RB:
Harbaugh said Jacobs will miss some time, but said it's "not the you don't come back from variety."
