Brandon Tate: What is His Fantasy Football Value After Randy Moss Trade?

The biggest fantasy question today is the stock of New England Patriots wide receiver Brandon Tate following Randy Moss getting sent to Minnesota for a third-round pick.
Tate is expected to become the second wide receiver on the Patriots depth chart, behind Wes Welker.
Many fantasy owners across the country, especially in deep leagues, are wondering whether to sign Tate. After all, in most standard website leagues (ESPN, Yahoo, etc.), Tate was owned by less than five percent of owners before the Moss deal.
In most leagues, there is always a need for wide receiver depth. The 2010 season has been disappointing thus far for receivers such as Andre Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald, who some owners used first round selections to take.
Each year, there are always sleeper wide receivers. Can Brandon Tate can be the next sleeper fantasy pickup out there?
