Breaking News: Jets Have Acquired Antonio Cromartie

According to ESPN Insider's Adam Schefter, the New York Jets have made a trade with the San Diego Chargers for cornerback Antonio Cromartie.
The Jets will send a 2011 third-round draft pick to the Chargers in return. The conditional pick could end up being as high as a second-round selection.
Recent rumors have suggested that New York was in talks with San Diego involving Cromartie, but nothing concrete was ever stated. Earlier tonight, word broke that the deal was close to being done, and the official news was broken just minutes ago.
The Jets already league-best pass defense was simply lacking a cornerback to play across the field from Darrelle Revis. The Jets got just that in this trade.
Cromartie is already known as a great corner, but he will only have to cover the opposition's second-best receiver, because Revis—the league's only true shutdown corner— can cover the primary receiver.
