Breaking News: San Diego Chargers Left Tackle Marcus McNeill Signs Tender

San Diego Chargers offensive left tackle Marcus McNeill has officially ended his holdout.
According to reports from the San Diego Union-Tribune, McNeill has signed his one-year tender worth approximately $444,000. NFL.com writer Jason La Canfora reported McNeill's tender was worth $407,000.
After signing his tender, McNeill posted a message on his Twitter page that said, "great to be back today.. GO BOLTS."
He is not the only one who is glad he is back. Chargers fans can now breathe a sigh of relief.
McNeill, was scheduled to make $3.168 million this season had he signed his original restricted free-agent tender. The amount was reduced to $630,000 on Jun. 15 when Chargers general manager A.J. Smith imposed a deadline for McNeill and wide receiver Vincent Jackson to sign their tenders.
