With the San Diego Chargers in need of depth at wide receiver, the team reportedly brought in veteran Brian Hartline for a workout Tuesday.

Chargers Reportedly Working Out Hartline Tuesday, Aug. 2 According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Bolts worked out Hartline and James Jones.
The move comes on the heels of the report Monday that wideout Stevie Johnson suffered a torn meniscus, which requires surgery, per NFL Network's Michael Silver.
Hartline spent the first six seasons of his NFL career with the Miami Dolphins after they selected him in the fourth round of the 2009 NFL draft out of Ohio State.
He posted a pair of 1,000-yard receiving seasons during his time in Miami, but his tenure with the team came to an end following the 2014 campaign.
Hartline signed with the Cleveland Browns prior to last season and registered 46 receptions for 523 yards and two touchdowns amid the team's quarterback carousel.
