Browns Quarterback Search Might Be Over.

The Cleveland Browns have been searching for a quarterback for what seems like forever. That search may come to an end soon. No I’m not talking about rookie Colt McCoy. He will get his chance some day but not this year. If Jake Delhomme has his, way it won’t be next year either.
Delhomme, the former Carolina Panthers quarterback, who many believe has seen his better days, may be just what the Browns need. Entering his 14th season, Delhomme brings a wealth of experience and leadership to an offense that needs both.
Delhomme is coming off his worst season in the NFL last year with a 59.4 QB rating. He was not brought to Cleveland to be the savior, just lead an offense that has lacked leadership for sometime.
Before last season, the Panthers signed Delhomme to a five-year extension worth $42.5  million. At the end of the season, they released him. The Browns are hoping they are getting the Delhomme that Carolina deemed worthy of the big contract j...
