Buffalo Bills: What to Do in the Offseason

I don't like to call a season over after only four weeks, but with the latest embarrassing loss for the Buffalo Bills I think it's safe to say it's over.
The defense was absolutely nonexistent yesterday and with the exception of the Patriot's game the offense really hasn't shown up this season.
So for the Bills I'm already looking towards the offseason and what they can do to start getting better.
Right now there are four teams at 0-4, Buffalo, Detroit, San Francisco, and Carolina.
Between those teams I think Buffalo and Carolina will be battling it out for the No. 1 pick in the draft.
Even though I didn't believe Don Banks of SI.com when he wrote it, but honestly I think the Bills could go 0-16 this season.
The only games I think they have a chance of winning are next week against Jacksonville, though after their impressive win against the Colts that could be a stretch.  In Week 10 the Lions come to town, but I can see the Lions winning six games thi...
