From an ugly blowout at home against the Tennessee Titans to an impressive road win against the New Orleans Saints, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have looked like two completely different teams at times this season.
Last week, they were within striking distance of a solid Houston Texas team, but their continued struggles on offense, special teams and with penalties sent them to another loss.
Returning home is usually considered a good thing, but the Bucs have still yet to win a regular-season game at Raymond James Stadium under head coach Lovie Smith.
Furthermore, they’ll be facing a Carolina Panthers team sitting at 3-0 despite key injuries on both sides of the ball. Behind the dangerous connection between quarterback Cam Newton and tight end Greg Olsen, Carolina just continues to get the job done.
