Carson Wentz Reportedly to Be Eagles QB over Chase Daniel When Healthy

With Sam Bradford out of the picture, the Philadelphia Eagles are reportedly set to turn to rookie Carson Wentz as the starting quarterback this season.
The Eagles announced Saturday that they dealt Bradford to the Minnesota Vikings in exchange for a 2017 first-round pick and 2018 fourth-round selection. 
That seemingly put Chase Daniel in line to seize the starting job, but according to ESPN's Adam Caplan, the Eagles will go with Wentz in Week 1 provided he is recovered from his rib injury.
NFL Network's Mike Garafolo confirmed the report and had the following to say regarding Daniel's feelings on the matter:
The Eagles gave up several assets to trade up to the No. 2 overall selection in the 2016 NFL draft for the opportunity to pick Wentz.
Wentz appeared in just one preseason game for the Eagles due to injury, completing 12-of-24 passes for 89 yards, no touchdowns and one interception against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
