Charging Ahead? Top Five Teams Who Need to Make a Move

In the latest NFL holdout, it looks like Vincent Jackson will get his wish to be traded. 
The 6'5", 230lbs wide receiver out of Northern Colorado recorded back-to-back 1,000 yard plus seasons.
Jackson, one of two Charger holdouts, has been allowed to speak to the Seattle Seahawks about a deal that could make him one of the highest-paid receivers in the league.
Some questions weather or not he deserves it, as he has yet to have a true-elite season.
As a restricted free agent, Jackson was tendered at $3.268 million, but he wants a long-term deal that the Chargers are unwilling to give out. 
Jackson hopes to either get the money, or be traded to a team that is willing to give it to him. Here are my top five teams I believe should make a move to acquire Jackson.
