Chester Taylor and Matt Forte: The Dream Team?

The Bears signing of former Minnesota Vikings running back Chester Taylor brings Chicago into a new era that era being a two-back running game. 

Chicago has used a single back rushing attack forever and now they are doing what a lot of teams in the NFL are doing and now they may end up featuring two running backs in their offense.  They are able of doing this now because they have two very capable running backs who now pose a dual threat for any defense the Bears face. 
If the Bears do end up using a two back system then why did it take so long?  It’s simple, philosophy.  No offensive coordinator or head coach has wanted to use the two back system in Chicago and it’s looking like they might give it a shot now.  Chicago has also not had two running backs that could share the load on a consistent basis until now.
