Chip Kelly Still Not Naming Starting Quarterback for the Eagles

August 18, 2013   ·     ·   Jump to comments

It's his first preseason as an NFL head coach, and Chip Kelly is frustrating a lot of folks in the media, in the stands and probably on his team.
Although Michael Vick and Nick Foles won't admit their frustration, one has to think both would sleep better and the team would be better off if Kelly named his starter.
Both quarterbacks have been impressive. Through two preseason games, Vick has been an incredibly accurate 13-of-15 for 199 yards with one touchdown and an interception. Foles has been almost equally accurate, completing 11 of 14 passes for 96 yards, no touchdowns and an interception.
Foles has led the Eagles downfield with a methodical approach. Vick has shown his mobility, picture-perfect downfield throws and accuracy that he did not show last season.
Kelly answered the question about naming a starter by not answering the question.
Check out the video above and let us know whom you think should start. Vick or Foles?
