Chris Boswell to Steelers: Latest Contract Details, Comments and Reaction

Following an overtime loss against Baltimore in which Josh Scobee missed two field goals in the fourth quarter, the Pittsburgh Steelers announced they have released Scobee and signed Chris Boswell.
ESPN's Adam Caplan originally reported Boswell's agreement with the Steelers, noting the 24-year-old worked out for the team Saturday. Caplan also said the contract is a two-year deal.
Boswell has spent time with the Houston Texans and New York Giants, but he's never been active for a regular-season game. 
During Boswell's most recent workout with the Texans at the end of September, John McClain of the Houston Chronicle raved about the work done by the former Rice star:
