Cleveland Browns 2010 NFL Draft: Is This the Year to Draft a QB?

With all of the discussion on the Cleveland Browns drafting a quarterback in the 2010 draft, the questions have focused on: Who should Cleveland take? and What round should the Browns use a draft pick for a QB? 
Should we be asking a different question?
Next year's draft will see the likes of Washington senior Jake Locker, Ricky Stanzi of Iowa and Florida State's Christian Ponder as well as the possible early entry of Arkansas' Ryan Mallett, Blaine Gabbert of Missouri and Ohio State's Terrelle Pryor. 
Should the Browns wait to focus on the quarterback position in the 2011 Draft?
Locker will likely be a round one, top-five pick barring some unforeseen event. 
Mallett and Gabbert could be late first or second-round picks should they jump early.  Ponder could join them if he is fully recovered from shoulder surgery.
