Cleveland Browns: What Will They Look Like This Season?

Training camp starts July 31st in Berea, Ohio for the Cleveland Browns. This will mark the first season in the Mike Holmgren era.
Although Holmgren isn't going to be the coach, he's been given the keys to the organization with one goal.
To win.
Winning is something Browns fans aren't accustomed to, since returning to the league in 1999. The Browns have had two winning seasons and only one playoff appearance since their return. 
Last season, under coach Eric Mangini's first year as coach, the Browns started off a dreadful 1-11 and then something amazing happened. They won the last four games. After competing for the worst record in the league, the Browns bought into Mangini's system and finished the season on a strong note. Those four games included a victory over hated rival, Pittsburgh Steelers.
