Indianapolis Colts backup quarterback Charlie Whitehurst is no longer playing the field—not that he sees the gridiron much, anyway.
According to E! News, Clipboard Jesus is dating singer Jewel, who was pretty popular in the late 1990s and early 2000s:
E! News can confirm the singer has been dating the Colts' backup quarterback, Charlie Whitehurst, "for a while."
A source exclusively tells us, "They are boyfriend and girlfriend, and [it's] official. They have been having a great time with each other."
The couple watched Clemson, Whitehurst's alma mater, lose to Alabama 45-40 in Monday night's College Football Playoff National Championship Game:
