One of the biggest story lines of the 2010 NFL season has been the number of concussions suffered by players around the league on a weekly basis.
Perhaps the new concussion testing standards implemented by the NFL have increased the frequency of diagnosis, or maybe fans, the media and the league are just paying more attention to head injuries now that ever before.
Either way, this is a good thing for the players. Better protection needs to be in place for these guys to enjoy life after football.
Deadspin put together a video compilation of the concussion suffered to date by NFL players. Pretty scary stuff.
