Dallas Cowboys: Wade Phillips Isn’t the Only Change that Needs to Be Made

The Dallas Cowboys are in trouble. The players know it, the coaching staff knows it, and Jerry Jones knows it.
Unfortunately for the fans of the Dallas Cowboys, it seems that Jones has decided to ride out the storm just to see what happens...Or has he?
If you heard the Cowboys owner on with 105.3 FM The Fan's Newy Scruggs this morning, it sounded as if Jones had complete confidence in not only Wade Phillips but the entire Cowboys coaching staff. Really?
I don't want to call Mr. Jones a liar because he could very well be telling the whole truth and nothing but the truth. But let's be honest, Jerry can't like what he's seeing from this team right now. Regardless of the fact that this team has plenty of talent up and down the roster, the 100 percent truth is, talent alone won't get you to the Super Bowl.
