Darrelle Revis: Could New York Jets Sign Revis By End Of Week?

The Darrelle Revis holdout, also known as the "Long National Nightmare", has now reached it's 22nd day.
But, if Tim Cowlishaw, a respected reporter from The Dallas Morning News and ESPN is correct, it won't be going on for much longer.
Cowlishaw tweeted yesterday, that Revis and the Jets would get a deal done at some point late this week, probably on Wednesday or Saturday, which would bring an end to the almost month-long madness and would put many Jets fans at ease as they head into maybe the most important season in franchise history.
But there is a lot of skepticism to Cowlishaw's report.  Many national writers, along with Jets beat writers have shot down the report, and are dismissing the possibility of a deal being done this week as unlikely. 
To be completely honest, I'm one of the few that's drinking the "Cowlishaw Kool-Aid."
