David DeCastro Contract: Latest News, Rumors on OG’s Negotiations with Steelers

Steelers and DeCastro Making Progress on Extension Negotiations Wednesday, Aug. 3 DeCastro and the Steelers "have made some progress on contract talks after a slow period," according to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com.
DeCastro, 26, is in the final year of his contract after his fifth-year option was exercised and is set to make $8 million this season, according to Spotrac.
An extension at some point feels likely. As Mark Kaboly of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review suggested in July, DeCastro seems keen to remain with the Steelers:
