DeAngelo Williams: Each Team’s Chances of Stealing Carolina’s Rushing Leader

The Carolina Panthers have declared that they don't really care if their superior backfield tandem remains intact and their all-time leading rusher signs with another team.
Instead of placing the franchise tag on their former Pro Bowler back, DeAngelo Williams, which would allow them to give him a top contract and disallow negotiations with other teams, they've decided to let him test the free agent market.

If he stays healthy, DeAngelo Williams speed and agility will provide an instant spark for whichever team decides to add him to their offense.
