DeAngelo Williams Injury Update: Steelers RB Ruled Out for 2016 AFC Wild Card

The Pittsburgh Steelers will be without one of their top offensive weapons for Saturday night's Wild Card Weekend clash against the Cincinnati Bengals, as the team announced Friday that running back DeAngelo Williams will be inactive for the game.
Head coach Mike Tomlin announced the decision, via Steelers PR spokesman Burt Lauten. Jeremy Fowler of ESPN added Williams is expected to play in the divisional round.
Williams left Pittsburgh's Week 17 win over the Cleveland Browns after suffering a sprained ankle. His prospects to play in the Steelers' first postseason game didn't look good, as he was still in a walking boot as recently as Wednesday, according to NFL Network's Aditi Kinkhabwala.
With Williams' status in doubt, Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin prepared himself to move forward with Fitzgerald Toussaint and Jordan Todman as his running backs against the Bengals, via Ray Fittipaldo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette:
