Denver Broncos Need a Defensive Mind To Get Back on Track

The Denver Broncos have problems, there is no denying that.  Josh McDaniels did damage not only to the team's personnel, but also the the reputation of the Denver Broncos. 
By trading away Jay Cutler, Brandon Marshall, Tony Scheffler, Peyton Hillis and pretty much anybody else who was held over from the Mike Shannahan era, he managed to take some of the best offensive talent in the NFL and send it elsewhere. 
Of course, in the last few years, finding offensive talent has definitely not been the problem for the Broncos.  Offensive talent has almost never been a problem for the Broncos; the big issue has always been on the defense.
Defensive personnel is just one part of the issue. The larger problem has been the lack of continuity in the coaching staff on defense.  The Broncos have had six defensive coordinators in the last six years.
