Denver Broncos: The Orange and Blue Buc Up and Go All In, but Will It Pay Off?

The Denver Broncos are a team that have a way of phasing in and out of greatness.
Right now, they are caught somewhere in between, experiencing a lot of changes on the home front.

Retired Broncos QB John Elway has been appointed as Vice President of Football Operations. Basically, this means that he will oversee player trades and some administration staffing.
Many are on board with the idea of John Elway being a heavy hitter in Denver's organization and expect great, new things to happen under his watch.
There is also a new head coach in town: John Fox, most recently the head coach of Carolina Panthers, has been moved in presumably to help provide the wisdom that only tenure can provide.
After seeing just how bad the Panthers were this season, he will have a lot to make up for.
Last but not least, there is a hot debate going on over who will be the starting QB for the Broncos. Will it be Tim Tebow or Kyle Orton?
