Detroit Lions To Host Free 2010 NFL Draft Party at Ford Field

The Detroit Free Press is reporting that the Detroit Lions will hold an NFL Draft party at Ford Field this year for their fans. Door will be open between 7-9:30pm on April 22, and admission is free.
Along with being able to watch NFL Draft coverage on the the large video board, the Lions have also planned a bunch of other festivities to entertain people.
There will be tours of the locker rooms, and available shopping at the pro shop. Lions mascot Roary will be there for photo opportunities with fans, there will also be prizes and giveaways.
It is also being reported that there will be youth football clinics there, which should be exciting for the younger fans.
This year marks the first time the NFL Draft will begin on a Thursday night during prime time, when it airs April 22. The second round will air on Friday April 23, and the remaining rounds—four through seven—will air on Saturday April 24th.
