Devin Hester, Bears Receivers Don’t Have To Be Great, Just Good Enough

Last year when the Bears acquired Jay Cutler from the Denver Broncos, the first question to pop into everyone's head was: Who will catch Cutler's passes?
That answer still wasn't clear until midway through last season.
Devin Hester had his moments as a receiver, but injuries plagued him in the later part of the season. He's has not been a true No. 1 receiver and never will be. To fully utilize Hester to his abilities, the Bears need to put him in the slot and use his speed.
Rookie Johnny Knox also flashed a lot of it last year making plays receiving and returning kickoffs. A dangerous combination of Hester and Knox could lead to open field mismatches for opposing defenses.
Earl Bennett was a solid possession receiver last year, and he could be the favorite for the No. 1 receiver job this year—as long as he can stay healthy.
