Dion Jordan Reinstated by NFL: Latest Comments and Reaction

After missing the entire 2015 season due to a suspension, Miami Dolphins defensive end Dion Jordan was reinstated by the NFL on Friday.
The NFL released the following statement regarding Jordan's status, per former Dolphins Radio Network broadcaster Greg Likens:
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport was the first to report the news, and ESPN's Adam Schefter later provided confirmation.
Rapoport also tweeted the following regarding the conditions of Jordan's return, while ProFootballTalk provided more insight on Sunday:
Jordan missed all of 2015 due to a violation of the NFL's substance abuse policy, and he was previously suspended four games in 2014 after testing positive for a performance-enhancing drug.
The Dolphins traded up to the No. 3 overall pick in the 2013 NFL draft to select Jordan out of Oregon, but he has been a massive disappointment thus far.
