Donald Penn: Latest News, Rumors, Speculation Surrounding Free-Agent OT

Free-agent offensive tackle Donald Penn is reportedly one of the Oakland Raiders' first orders of business as they embark on a crucial offseason.  
Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reported Monday a new contract for Penn is a top priority for the Raiders, who will look to build on their progress from 2015, when they went from 3-13 to 7-9 under new coach Jack Del Rio.
Penn was key in Oakland's noticeable step forward. He started all 16 games and was tasked with protecting quarterback Derek Carr's blind side.
Carr's cannon arm was unleashed on the NFL in 2015 after a rookie season full of dink-and-dunk passes. He capitalized more on his arm talent and showed promise he could be the Raiders' franchise QB, throwing for 3,987 yards and 32 touchdowns to only 13 interceptions.
As of an interview earlier in February with CSNCalifornia.com (via CSNBayArea.com's Scott Bair), though, Penn said he hadn't even discussed a potential return to the team since the sea...
