Don’t Sleep On New Lion Chris Houston

 Lately, I have spent a lot of time posting in the Detroit Free Press forum. Everyone has their own opinion regarding each topic, but today there seemed to be a general consensus among users that I adamantly disagree with. It seems a lot of fans are upset with the Lions' most recent move to acquire Falcons cornerback Chris Houston. I fully understand why people are concerned, but I do believe he is a major upgrade from the Lions' current players.

People seem to think that because the Falcons secondary was so bad last year, Houston is no better than what we already had. That is not true. There is one BIG difference between Chris Houston and the Lions' starters from last year, and that's age. Last year, the Lions primary starting CB's where Anthony Henry (33 years old), William James (31) and Phillip Bucannon (29).
