The Indianapolis Colts stunned the National Football League yesterday with the news that former All-Pro defensive end Dwight Freeney would not be resigned.
Bob Kravitz of the Indianapolis Star broke the news earlier this week.
The veteran linebacker will now enter the 2013 season as a free agent, and with his proven skills and talent, he will no doubt be a very appealing player for a number of NFL teams heading into the new season—even if it is just for one season.
