East-West Shrine Game 2013: Twitter Reaction, Postgame Recap and Analysis

The West handled the East, 28-13, in the 2013 East-West Shrine Game on Saturday, but this college all-star game is more about the charity (Shriners Hospital for Children) than the score. 
There wasn't much to get excited about in this one. Beyond a few NFL prospects, it was clear why this isn't considered the premier college all-star game.
 
The Quarterbacks
There were far more playmakers on the West side, and it showed in the final score. The quarterbacks were especially weak for the East. Not one signal-caller from the East squad did especially well for themselves in the game.
The guys under center for the West weren't overwhelming, but at least they found the end zone. Arizona's Matt Scott completed three of four passes and threw for the only passing touchdown of the game.
Western Michigan's Alex Carder was sharp, completing nine of 11 throws for 95 yards.
