Fantasy Football Week 10: NFL Injury Updates, Start ‘Em Sit ‘Em Advice and More

Ladies and gentlemen, Week 10 of Fantasy Football is now underway.
In case some of you guys missed the memo, we had a Thursday game this week when the Baltimore Ravens played against the Atlanta Falcons.
That means Joe Flacco, Ray Rice and no Matt Ryan, Michael Turner and Roddy White are no longer available, among others.
But not to worry, there's still time to make adjustments that will hopefully lead to a Week 10 win. 
This is a "make it or break it" week for people that still looking to lock up playoff berths.  So as always, I am here to help.
If you've been following my updates from Week 1, you know I have been battling a season-long dilemma at the quarterback position.
This week, I've added David Garrard to the squad, fresh off a career game against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 8 but I am also considering a spot-start Vince Young with Randy Moss now a part of his receiving corps.
Who to go with?  Garrard or Young?
