Fantasy Football Week 9: NFL Injury Updates, Start ‘Em Sit ‘Em Advice and More

This weekend, I officially purged my fantasy roster of Brett Favre. 
Join me as a we do some breathing exercises so we can focus on winning. 
Breathe in, breathe out. (five times should do the trick)
Now I have to deal with a mini-quarterback controversy on Sunday.
Jon Kitna or Matt Cassel at quarterback?
We'll answer that question after a night of deliberation.

Kitna or Cassel?
For the second week in a row.  I have to go with the old man in John Kitna.
The recent lights out play of the Oakland Raiders, holding the Seahawks to three points and limiting Jay Cutler to under 200 passing yards deserve to get noticed.
Their improving defense makes the already-not-so-impressive Matt Cassel a tough guy to start today.  If the secondary gives Cassel fits, I wouldn't be surprise to see the running duo of Jones and Charles being deployed almost every play.<...
