All the additions and improvements made by the Oakland Raiders mean absolutely nothing if those new faces don't live up to their expectations. The Raiders didn't add these new faces merely to provide depth; some of these players were picked up by the team to contribute immediately. If those select players are not able to perform like expected, all the off-season work will be for nothing.
