Game Notes/Observations: Philadelphia Eagles vs. Cincinnati Bengals

The Eagles are now through their second preseason game, and the good news is that they are now halfway done with the preseason. Anyway, here are my notes and observations from the game in a breakdown by quarter.
 
First Quarter
Whether it was in the front of your mind or the back, Terrell Owens was in there somewhere. The Bengals got him involved early, hitting the receiver on an 11-yard gain on the first play and also featuring him on an end-around. There were plenty of opportunities for players to decapitate him; however, no one took advantage.
When the Eagles got the ball, they looked a lot different than they did last week. On their first possession, the team went three and out. This came after Kevin Kolb showed some mobility, rolling out and hitting Shady McCoy on a nine-yard strike.
On the second offensive series for the Bengals, Cedric Benson introduced Nate Allen to the NFL. Benson faced off with Allen one-on-one and completely destroyed him....
