Grading the Offseasons of All 32 NFL Teams

This was a pretty quiet offseason by NFL standards, in large part due to the lack of a new collective bargaining agreement. Many players who would have been unrestricted free agents under normal circumstances, were instead restricted free agents, and most teams were not willing to give up the draft picks it would have taken to sign a restricted free agent. There were still some big free agent signings as well as some major trades this offseason. And of course an entire group of draft picks who will be coming in this year to try and help their new teams.
