Green Bay Activates Running Back James Starks, Can He Jumpstart the Run?

The Green Bay Packers have finally activated their sixth round draft pick, running back James Starks from the People Unable to Perform list. It took awhile for James Starks to be removed from the list, but he hasn't played in over 2 years.
James Starks came into the season with a shoulder and a major hamstring injury. And after 9 weeks of waiting, let's hope that those two problems won't factor into his ability to play.
It's entirely possible that the Packer's organization was simply trying to work the rust off before they activated him.

I posted this video before, but it's worth posting again to let all my fellow Packers fans know how crazy this young man played in college. He ran 4.50 seconds in the NFL Combine's 40-yard dash, seventh best among running back draft prospects.
Keep in mind that those are only college highlights. At the same time, this guy didn't even get to finish his last season and perform a "grand-finale", which means he didn't get...
