Green Bay Packers 2010 Draft, Pick 23: Mike Iupati or Trade Back

In my last article, I was entirely against tackle at pick 23. However, I could deal with a guard, well more specifically the Samoan Mauler, Mike Iupati out of Idaho. He is head and shoulders above the rest of the guard prospects in the 2010 draft and would look really good replacing Daryn College at the guard position in 2010. 
The Outland Trophy winner and consensus All-American, has great awareness and keeps his shoulders square. He never takes missteps on pulls and he is aggressive at the point of attack. He is a solid pass blocker and dominant run blocker.
The point that should interest Packer fans the most: He has the ability to play tackle, which most mock drafts have us taking here anyways.
The problem is he is soaring up the boards and probably won't make it to Green Bay at 23. Here's where the seconds scenario comes in. If Iupati is gone at 23 (which is most likely) we trade pick 23 for an early second round pick, a 3rd round pick and a later round pic...
