With the start of the NFL Draft rapidly approaching and both ESPN and NFL Network putting the Packers "On the Clock" this week, it's time we take another look at some possible Packer prospects.
Now looking at history, just because we look at and target 10 or 20 players doesn't mean Ted Thompson will pick one of them.
Around the mock-o-sphere in 2007, nobody was saying Justin Harrell would be his first pick. In 2008, I never saw anyone clamoring for Jordy Nelson to be the Packers' first pick.
But let's take a look at some of the guys mentioned by Mike Mayock, Bucky Brooks, Tom Pelissero, Mel Kiper, Trent Dilfer, and the tan Todd McShay.
Kiper mentioned Brian Bulaga, although I see many mocks having him go in the top 10. But Mel knows as much as Scott Wright and his crowd, or Walter and his mock sheep. So who knows. Would you be surprised to see Bulaga in a Packers' uniform? He'd blend in quite well I think, and so does Mel.
