Green Bay Packers: Is Chicago the Same Team They Faced in Week 3?

Earlier this season, Green Bay faced Chicago, and were heavily held as the favorites to win the game. Green Bay outperformed Chicago except for one thing. Green Bay committed over 18 penalties, many of which overturned some game-changing plays.
So all Green bay has to do this time is just cut down on the penalties this time right? Well...
It's hard to find anyone who is willing to give the 2010 Chicago Bears any credit. But it's for good reason. Detroit fan or not, who can forgive the Bears for getting away with what was essentially a game-winning touchdown in week one?
It's so easy to believe that Chicago has had by far one of the most favorable schedule of any team in the NFL this season. Not just by what the win-loss record of their opponents they've beaten, but how each game had played out one by one.
