Green Bay Packers Next Great Rival of the Decade

Most would not question that the Minnesota Vikings in the past few years, have been the most vile and hated rival that the Packers have ever faced. And that's saying a lot. The rivalry between Brett Favre and Steve Young waged on in the late nineties when the Niners were undoubtedly their biggest rival then. The Dallas Cowboys have been rivals to the Packers for a very long time now and they will face each other in 2010 for the fourth season in a row in week nine. One could argue that they've been rivals for more than forty years. Who can forget or not know about the famous 'Ice Bowl' game? And let's not forget our lovable fuzzy neighbors, the Chicago Bears. Last season they played the Packers for the 179th time. That is more meetings than between any other two teams in the league. Don't listen to that, "It's cooled down in recent years" hoopla. Some people may believe that the two teams have no hatred for one another anymore but it's still a very heated rivalry and always will...
