What Kikaha's Injury Means for Saints Thursday, June 9 Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports 1 was the first to report the news, and Nick Underhill of the New Orleans Advocate confirmed the former University of Washington standout's injury.
As Garafolo pointed out, Kikaha has experience when it comes to battling back from ACL tears:
The 23-year-old registered 52 tackles and four sacks as a rookie last season.
Kikaha is a valuable piece to the Saints defense due to his pass-rushing ability and versatility. He is capable of playing both defensive end and linebacker, and he already has 11 games of starting experience to his credit.
