Is Brett Favre Preventing the Minnesota Vikings From Pursuing Donovan McNabb?

Other than having Brett Favre under center for a second straight season, there probably isn't a better option at quarterback for the Minnesota Vikings in 2010 than Philadelphia Eagles QB Donovan McNabb . And if last week's news is accurate, not only is McNabb available, he's also interested.
As I see it, the only obstacle preventing the Vikings from aggressively pursuing McNabb as this season's "final piece of the puzzle" is Favre's inability to simply utter the phrase, "I'll be back." You know, like Arnold in "The Terminator." All he has to do is say it. Then he can disappear until training camp starts. He can go ride his tractor or do whatever he does at his home in Mississippi until August rolls around. Because he already knows whether he'll be back with the Vikes in 2010 even if he won't publicly admit it.
Favre just has a demented way of forcing the world to revolve around his schedule. I'm guessing it's his revenge for all the uncoerced retirement talk that started abou...
