Is Ted Thompson Being Given Enough Credit for His Draft Picks?

Mock draft this, mock draft that, that's all you hear these days. We all know that they are completely useless and are just an excuse to pass the offseason time. That's why I stay away from making mock drafts. Even if I truly put some real heart and time and effort into making one, I'll have completely changed my mind a week later.
But, I will talk about the draft none-the-less.
For a long time now I have had my up and downs with Ted Thompson. But the main reason I have been very happy with Thompson as of late is because of what he has been able to do in the draft.
I believed for a long time that Thompson was actually the best draft picker in the league. Now that I've actually compared his draft picks to many other organizations, I've decided he's only one of the best at doing so.
I have read multiple draft grades throughout many websites and the Internets. Most have his first two years and last year as a success, while all his other season were mediocre at best....
